This Christmas time might feel very different from other years. For many reasons, 2020 has not been an easy year to go through.

Each of us, individually and collectively, have faced many difficulties and unexpected situations. COVID-19 crisis hit all of us in many ways, bringing irreversible changes in the ways we think and work. For many months, we have had to put on hold our lives and learn how to deal with the needs of the sick and those most threatened by the coronavirus.

For this reason, the Van Iperen International Team wants to even more thank you for your partnership and unconditional support. Thanks for your trust in us, even in these difficult times.

Luckily, we’ve also encountered some delightful moments to share and enjoy. In October 2020, we had the opportunity to celebrate our 10th anniversary. A moment to commemorate as a team and acknowledge the hard work that brought us here. Thanks again to our partners, thanks to you, for the long way together!

2020 has also been the year to develop pioneering projects such as Plants for Plants®, a new generation of plant-derived biostimulants to reduce water, nutrients, and pesticide demand. Together with our P4P Club members, and despite all issues faced through this year, we conducted 30 trials around Europe. And without a doubt, one of the highlights of the project has recently been the sharing of the results, showing very promising performance.

But that’s not been all. In our search to create innovative solutions that respond to the demanding needs of agriculture today, Van Iperen International is currently working on a groundbreaking project called GreenSwitch®, the first sustainable organic nitrate fertilizer, which we will introduce in early 2021.

With 2021 ahead, a new chapter opens up for each of us. New opportunities and a promising future awaiting. Let’s take with us all things learned in 2020 and put them into practice next year. From Van Iperen International, we wish you Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous 2021. Let’s hope we can meet in person again soon!
