For the 2026 edition of our Annual Employee Seminar, the whole Van Iperen International team gathered at Gent, Belgium, a historic city full of charm, beautiful architecture and picturesque canals.

When a global team operates across multiple continents, bringing everyone together under one roof creates a unique energy. Under the motto “The Gent(le) Way,” our team reunited in Gent to reflect on the year so far. Being together under one roof gave us the chance to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and look ahead to the next chapter together.
Amplifying partner voices on stage
True progress in modern agriculture depends on shared knowledge. This year, we handed the stage to our long-standing partner, LandLab, to explore key shifts in crop nutrition:
A fruitful and future-oriented cooperation: For 15 years, LandLab has been a valued R&D partner in our journey. Cristina and Adriano took the stage to reflect on this long-standing cooperation and share their vision on how we imagine the next agriculture.
What’s next on crop nutrition?
Premium WS NPK range update: Plans are underway to strengthen our WS NPK range, with a focus on Nutrient Use Efficiency (NUE), optimal purity, full growth-stage coverage, and dedicated formulations for both fertigation and foliar applications.

Promising results with our biostimulants Plants for Plants®: Three years of greenhouse trials in the Netherlands continue to show strong potential, even in soilless crops. Stay tuned for more updates on the results of these findings. Our plant-based biostimulant range is ECOCERT-certified for organic farming, and fully compliant with the EU Fertilizing Products Regulation (FPR 2019/1009).
Our internal sessions also focused on expanding our portfolio of Specialty Fertilizers and Biostimulants to meet growers demands across global markets.

Connecting Beyond the Meeting Room
From navigating Gent’s picturesque canals by boat to playful team moments at O’Douce, this seminar reinforced what makes Van Iperen International unique: genuine human relationships combined with a passion for innovation.

The conversations started in Belgium will continue in the field, where global knowledge meets local expertise and growers see the results.
