We are recruting a Regulatory Affairs Specialist 

In this position you are responsible for global regulatory support to early product registration, effective maintenance of existing licenses and protection of our company.

The job

This job includes the following duties/responsibilities:

  • Preparing and coordination of the submission of regulatory documents to (inter)national authorities
  • Drafting and reviewing document content, product labels and material safety data sheets
  • Providing advice and support to management about regulatory affairs issues in line with Product Management and R&D
  • Analyzing business developments and suggesting Regulatory activities in relation to our market access within the Agribusiness worldwide
  • Preparing responses to (inter-) national legislation facilities questions and other regulatory correspondence;
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with regulatory authorities, consultants and specialists to shape the regulatory environment
  • Development Regulatory Affairs procedures, processes, standards and systems
  • Evaluation of bottle necks or compliancy risks and implementation of improvements

Your skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant Regulatory experience within authorities, consultancy agencies or chemical/pharmaceutical industry
  • Problem solver, capable to persuade and convince others to another point of view or opinion
  • Inspiring and optimistic and willing to get the job done
  • Ability to handle and combine diverse information streams without losing overview and end-goal in mind
  • Identify key issues of a project or subject, identify consequences and how to proceed
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn about different Regulatory Affairs challenges worldwide

 Your profile  

  • Master degree, preferably in Chemistry or biochemistry or equivalent by Regulatory experience in laboratory
  • Fluent in English

We are recruting a Supply Chain Specialist pragmatic and eager to deliver.

The job
You are responsible for coordinating and executing the purchase and sales orders with regard to order processing, logistics, administration and communication with suppliers, customers and third parties. It is a diverse job where you get a lot of freedom to execute your assigned tasks in an autonomous way.

Your daily tasks are

  • Entering orders into the ERP-System (purchase and sales orders)
  • Planning the delivery of our products and coordinate with suppliers
  • Maintaining stock and allocation
  • Follow-up (purchase) contracts, pending orders with all parties involved: supplier, customer, logistical partners etc. and making sure coordination is done well.
  • Preparation of the necessary documentation, such as legalisation of the Chamber of Commerce, Customs etc.
  • Price negotiation for logistical services of third parties; checking and approving the invoices
  • Reporting incidents, complaints of customers etc to the Director of Operations
  • Initiating and implement possible improvements of working procedures etc concerning logistics and order processing.
  • Backing up the team during absence/holidays
  • Checking labels and bags according to the specifications of the customer and regulations of the country
  • Helping customers in case of any problems that might occur at delivery of the goods at their location
  • Preparing documentation for registration

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor degree relevant to this position
  • You have 2 years experience in international import/export logistics
  • Have experience working or being in an international environment
  • Like to work in a fast growing, young organisation
  • You are fluent in English, and French is preferred as 2nd language
