Je komt te werken op de afdeling Operations op ons hoofdkantoor in Westmaas. Je komt op een dynamische afdeling terecht waar je nauw samenwerkt met Director of Operations en een ondersteunde rol vervuld voor meerdere afdelingen binnen de Operations afdeling.
Als Operations secretary zorg jij onder andere voor een juiste afhandeling van documentatie en het coördineren van samples voor onze klanten. Een kleine greep van je takenpakket:
Werkzaamheden:
- Agendabeheer en notuleren van vergaderingen
- Up-to-date houden van ons ERP-systeem database
- Offertes aanvragen bij leveranciers
- Het opmaken van een certificaat van oorsprong
- Het opmaken van een verzekering polis
- Het printen en stempelen van documentatie
- Het bijhouden en controleren van leveranciersverklaringen.
- Het bijhouden van de sample voorraad
- Het aanspreekpunt voor samples en documentatie
- Beheren van in en uitgaande post
- Opmaken van EUR1 certificaten
- Legaliseren van documenten
- Het coördineren van product analyses met intern en extern lab

Together with your 11 direct colleagues, you are responsible for coordinating and executing purchase and sales orders with regard to order processing, logistics, administration, and communication with suppliers, customers, and third parties. We deliver products from all over the world directly to our customers in more than 100 countries.
Location: Westmaas, Netherlands – after the training period, working from home is partly possible.
Type of employment: Full-time.
Your daily activities include:
- Entering orders in the ERP system (purchase and sales orders).
- Planning the delivery of our products and consultation with suppliers
- Maintain inventory and allocation
- Follow-up of (purchase) contracts, and current orders with all parties involved: supplier, customer, logistics partners, etc., and ensure good coordination. Mainly MTO concept
- Initiating and implementing possible improvements in working procedures, etc. about logistics and order processing
Your profile:
- You have completed a relevant HBO education
- You have approximately 2 years of experience in international import/export logistics
- You can work independently and with self-discipline
- You would like to work in an international, fast-growing, young organization
- You are fluent in the Dutch and English language.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in optimizing our website content and developing an effective digital content calendar. This internship is a great opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure to the digital marketing field. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Optimization of Website Content: You will work closely with our marketing team to analyze website content, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance user experience, SEO, and overall engagement.
- Digital Content Calendar: Collaborate with our marketing team to create a comprehensive digital content calendar. You will research and propose content ideas, plan publication schedules, and help execute content strategies across various online platforms.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, and visual content to meet the objectives of our content calendar.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to improve our content strategy.

Qualifications:

We are looking for Junior and Senior Sales Managers and agronomists strategically located to promote our products and support our distribution partners.
Intensive traveling may be part of the job inside your market as well as from time to time to the headquarter in The Netherlands.
Ideally, you have several years of experience in a similar position in agricultural supplies. However, we encourage also junior profiles as well as more experienced persons to contact us to elaborate on a relevant and challenging commercial position inside our company.
