Van Iperen International is looking for an international sales manager to expand its presence in the US Market.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the business in several states inside USA and Canada managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities and brand awareness.
  • You will be reporting to the International Sales Manager already in place and work closely together with the agronomists, logistics coordinators, and marketing department in Europe.
  • You launch new products to our distributors, study and keep under review the market conditions.
  • You will be operating the day-to-day business.
  • By your presence in the US market you will be offering hands-on support to the distributors .
  • You will utilize all available resources and contacts to the maximum to develop the business locally.

Job requirements

  • At least a Bachelor degree in Agriculture or Horticulture as this position will offer agronomy support
  • Affinity with specialty fertilizers and established relevant network throughout USA
  • You have strong analytical, organizational and communicative skills with a positive entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are prepared to travel throughout the USA, Canada.
  • You are ambitious, autonomous, flexible, loyal and have a hands-on mentality.
  • Located in USA

We are looking for Junior and Senior Sales Managers and agronomists strategically located to promote our products and support our distribution partners.

Intensive traveling may be part of the job inside your market as well as from time to time to the headquarter in The Netherlands.

Ideally you have several years of experience in similar position in agricultural supplies. However we encourage also junior profiles as well as more experienced persons to contact us to elaborate on a relevant and challenging commercial position inside our company.

Location can be in one of our global offices or working from your home country.
