De functie

Als secretaresse rapporteer je aan de officemanager en ondersteun je samen ca. 50 collega's in het bedrijf. Aangezien we een internationaal bedrijf zijn, zal de dagelijkse communicatie in het Engels zijn. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die klantgericht is, enthousiast en klaar om te helpen waar je kunt. Werkzaamheden

Het boeken van buitenlandse reizen voor alle medewerkers, inclusief het boeken van vluchten, hotels, het regelen van alles wat met visa te maken heeft etc.
Assisteren bij de praktische organisatie van evenementen, seminars en klantbezoeken (registratie, organisatie, hotels etc.) in binnen- en buitenland
Verzorgen van legalisaties en vertalingen van documenten
Ondersteunen van financiële administratie (debiteur- en crediteuren beheer)
Algehele ondersteuning van het personeel binnen en buiten Nederland

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
  • Je hebt een secretariële opleiding afgerond
  • Je hebt 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring
  • Je bent bereid om op vrijdag te werken

The Regional Marketer follows and adapts the global strategy to regional practices to grow the regional brand awareness among retailers and growers. The regional marketer works in close cooperation with the rest of the regional team (sales and agronomists) to develop marketing activities supporting our regional sales growth. He or She is also responsible to monitor the local competition. The regional marketer can also be entrusted with corporate missions.

Job description

  • Identify the most relevant marketing means (online and offline) to grow regional brand awareness.
  • Create relationships with local journalists and media partners
  • Elaborate, plan, and coordinate the local communication plan (offline and online)
  • Attend relevant trade shows and events
  • Adapting global marketing tools to local marketing needs
  • Support customers with local actions ( fairs, growers day, sales challenges, customized promotional material..)
  • Develop robust knowledge of local market competition
  • Supervising the regional marketing budget
  • You will work closely with the Regional Sales and Agronomist(s)
  • You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team based in the Netherlands

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's education in Marketing or experience in the agriculture business and are interested to step into a marketing position.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in one of the above position
  • You are an excellent communicator, working well in a team
  • You are flexible and able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • You have good organizational and planning skills, you are pragmatic and acting-to-deliver
  • You are fully competent in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Turkish is your native language or you have bilingual proficiency
  • You are fluent in English and Arabic

In this position, you are responsible for global regulatory support for early product registration, effective maintenance of existing licenses, and protection of our company.

The job

This includes the following duties/responsibilities:

  • Preparing and coordinating the submission of regulatory documents to (inter)national authorities
  • Drafting and reviewing document content, product labels, and material safety data sheets
  • Providing advice and support to management about regulatory affairs issues in line with Product Management and R&D
  • Analyzing business developments and suggesting Regulatory activities in relation to our market access within the Agribusiness worldwide
  • Preparing responses to (inter-) national legislation facilities questions and other regulatory correspondence;
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with regulatory authorities, consultants, and specialists to shape the regulatory environment
  • Development Regulatory Affairs procedures, processes, standards, and systems
  • Evaluation of bottlenecks or compliance risks and implementation of improvements

Your skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant Regulatory experience within authorities, consultancy agencies, or the chemical/pharmaceutical industry
  • Problem solver, capable of persuading and convincing others to another point of view or opinion
  • Inspiring and optimistic and willing to get the job done
  • Ability to handle and combine diverse information streams without losing overview and end-goal in mind
  • Identify critical issues of a project or subject, identify consequences and how to proceed
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn about different Regulatory Affairs challenges worldwide

 Your profile  

  • Master degree, preferably in Chemistry or biochemistry or equivalent by Regulatory experience in laboratory

Intensive traveling may be part of the job inside your market as well as from time to time to the headquarter in The Netherlands.
