This includes the use of 100% chelated micronutrients* for maximum stability and full availability, alongside base ingredients selected for high purity and optimal solubility. This commitment to quality guarantees that our fast-acting NPKs perform exactly as promised across all crops, development stages, and growing conditions. 

"Formulation Intelligence" is the Van Iperen International standard for blending—an advanced agronomical and chemical know-how applied to our complete range of fast-acting, water-soluble NPKs. It is the scientific recipe design that goes beyond simple mixing to manage the physical and chemical synergy of high-quality raw material. 

Our “Formulation Intelligence” manages the science behind every recipe—balancing pH and EC levels for optimal nutrient uptake, while our expert selection of raw materials ensures their compatibility and the final product remains free-flowing in the bag and dissolves rapidly in the tank. 

To further support consistent plant performance, selected formulas can be enriched with IPE® Technology, our CE biostimulant developed to maximize Nutrient Use Efficiency (NUE) and unlock Phosphates in the soil. 

At Van Iperen International, we manage the entire value chain, starting in TransTerminal Dordrecht (TTD), our fully automated facility in the Netherlands. Recognized as one of the top three blending facilities in Northern Europe, our production is driven by 50 years of production expertise. 

To safeguard product stability, we eliminate environmental risks by using heated floors and strict moisture controls during the mixing process, which eliminates the primary cause of caking and safeguards product stability. This ensures a consistent, free-flowing powder that remains easy to handle from the factory to the field.  

Our fully automatic ERP system allows us to monitor the process even from our headquarter, ensuring that even the most complex, customized formulas are processed with total accuracy at a blending capacity of up to 450 tons per day. 

To deliver what our customers expect, our integrated quality assurance covers every step from raw material selection to final delivery, including ISO-certified procedures and internal/external laboratory testing. Every batch of incoming raw ingredients and every final product is tested for physical and chemical compliance. This guarantees that what is printed on the bag is exactly what is inside the bag, every single time. We maintain strict control over chemical profiles, keeping very low levels of impurities. 

During the bagging process, we perform careful weight checks and systematic visual inspections to guarantee that every batch meets our high standards for packing and serves as a reference in quality. 

The journey ends only when a grower opens a bag in the field. To protect product integrity, Van Iperen International utilizes three automated packing lines offering physical protection with heavy-duty PE bags that are double-sealed. Our advanced in-house printing capabilities allow for high-contrast "black and red" bag customization, ensuring branding is sharp and professional. Furthermore, our flexible system allows for the seamless inclusion of localized or specialized labels on every bag. 

Our packaging is engineered to withstand high humidity, long-distance sea freight, and rough handling, ensuring the product maintains its original quality upon arrival. 

For superior transportation, we even adjust bag position on the pallet based on the product’s specific density and ensure all pallets are double-wrapped to guarantee safe transport and a professional look. With 40,000 m² of warehouse space, we serve our partners throughout the entire supply chain, ensuring fast delivery of our standard range and custom blends anywhere in the world.
