We've compiled a packing list and tips to ensure you're fully prepared for our seminar. Here's everything you need to know to pack smart and stay comfortable throughout the event.
What to Pack Checklist:
- Luggage (for bus): While there are no strict luggage limitations for bus travel, we kindly ask that each person brings only one suitcase. This helps ensure there is enough space for everyone.
- Luggage (for flights): It's time to impress everyone with your packing skills! You can bring one piece of hand luggage on your flight, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.
- For specific size limitations, please check your airline's website. Any exceptions to this rule will be noted in your booking confirmation.
- Clothing: Don't forget to pack a mix of casual and business attire, swimwear for the pool, Sporty/Casual clothing for Wednesday activity.
- Footwear: Comfortable shoes for city walks and more formal options for meetings and dinners. Closed shoes for Tuesday Activity.
- Weather-Appropriate Gear: Before packing your suitcase, we recommend checking the weather forecast. Layers are always a good idea!
- VII Jacket: For the photoshoot.
- Personal Essentials: Toiletries, medications, and any personal items you might need.
- Tech Gear: European plug adapter, laptops, chargers, and other devices you need for seminars and networking.
- Recreational Items: Gym clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and other items to enjoy the hotel facilities in Gent.

- Check-in: On Monday, you can check in starting from 15:00.
- Check-out: On Thursday, please check out by 11:00.

- Meeting Rooms: Tuesday: Grand Salon, Wednesday : Grand Salon (marketing and sales ) & Salon Minnard (operations)
- Dining Areas: Discover where breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served.
- Leisure Facilities: Identify the locations of the pool, gym, sauna, and other recreational areas. Accessible from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Meet-up Points: They will be announced on the spot.

This year, we will also welcome long-standing partners who have been part of our journey and helped shape who we are today. It will be a chance to reconnect, exchange stories and thank them for the trust we share.
