We've compiled a packing list and tips to ensure you're fully prepared for our seminar. Here's everything you need to know to pack smart and stay comfortable throughout the event.

What to Pack Checklist:

  • Luggage (for bus): While there are no strict luggage limitations for bus travel, we kindly ask that each person brings only one suitcase. This helps ensure there is enough space for everyone.
  • Luggage (for flights): It's time to impress everyone with your packing skills! You can bring one piece of hand luggage on your flight, with a maximum weight of 10 kg. For specific size limitations, please check your airline's website. Any exceptions to this rule will be noted in your booking confirmation.
  • Clothing: Don't forget to pack a mix of casual and business attire, swimwear for the pool, and something green for Thursday night's event.
  • Footwear: Comfortable shoes for city walks and more formal options for meetings and dinners.
  • Weather-Appropriate Gear: Before packing your suitcase, we recommend checking the weather forecast. Layers are always a good idea!
  • Personal Essentials: Toiletries, medications, and any personal items you might need.
  • Tech Gear: European plug adapter, laptops, chargers, and other devices you need for seminars and networking.
  • Recreational Items: Gym clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and other items to enjoy the hotel facilities in Reims.

Hotel Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: On Tuesday, you can check in starting from 15:30.
  • Check-out: On Friday, please check out by 11:00.

  • Meeting Rooms: Locate the Athens, Berlin, Rome, and London seminar meeting rooms and breakout areas quickly.
  • Dining Areas: Discover where breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served.

  • Meet-up Points: They will be announced on the spot.

To our bus travelers: your expected arrival in Reims is at 15:00. We've scheduled a stop for lunch, but it's a good idea to bring your own drinks and snacks just in case.

For a nice walk to dinner, the restaurant is approximately 900 meters from the hotel. This should take around 10-15 minutes, so be sure to wear comfortable footwear.

And of course, welcome to whichever interests you! But if you are not joining a session, you're welcome to work in the meeting room in Rome.
